Language Requirements
Candidates must have a good level of English. This is important to ensure the ability to:

In addition to English, we encourage applicants who speak other languages, such as Bengali, Urdu, Hindi, or any other native languages. Fluency in additional languages is a valuable asset, particularly for supporting clients from multicultural backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications and certifications will be advantageous:

| Care Certificate | A nationally recognized qualification covering the 15 standards of care. |
| NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care | Levels 2 or 3 qualifications in health and social care practices. |
| First Aid Certification | Certification in basic first aid and CPR techniques. |
| Manual Handling | Training on safely assisting with mobility and transferring individuals. |
| Medication Administration | Certification in safe medication handling and administration. |
| Safeguarding Adults and Children | Courses covering safeguarding practices and responsibilities. |
| Food Hygiene Certificate | Certification in safe food preparation and handling practices. |
